Career Summary

Lisa joined Thomas Miller Group as Group CIO in April 2021 with over 25 years of Board and Business expertise of building and leading global IT and operations in Financial Services Organisations. Lisa took on the role of Chief Executive officer of Thomas Miller Specialty in June 2023.

Background

Lisa has spent the last 23 years building her career in insurance working with Aon where she predominantly focussed on digitising the broker file and associated processes, developing the IT capability at Aspen through their early growth period and evolving to the role of Chief of Operations responsible for defining the business operating model, business transformation, operational shared services and a member of the Group Executive Committee. Most recently, Lisa acted as Interim CIO for MS Amlin focussed on developing the IT strategy and transforming the IT capabilities with particular focus on operational risk reduction and regulatory compliance.

Lisa is a trustee of ‘The Not Forgotten’ charity and sits on a technology advisory board.
